Capabilities
After a
signed purchase agreement is reached our sales staff will
suggest the proper options, settings and requirements for
your new equipment. At time of training our training staff
will verify proper hookup of all required power sources and
other requirements. They can perform limited
troubleshooting of electrical hookups but the technicians
are not allowed to actually hook up the equipment. A
licensed electrician is required for all hardwired
equipment. All electrical support installation must be
completed prior to the training visit.
Our training technicians are capable of basic software
training and will help the customer determine the proper file
export settings to get their new equipment functioning with the
customers files.
Advanced software training is available for certain software
packages at a reasonable fee. Please ask our sales staff for
